I work as a facilitator with senior leadership across museum, heritage, cultural and local authority contexts, creating spaces where people can think together with care, honesty and courage. My practice centres on holding space for complexity, supporting inclusive and participatory approaches to strategy development, consultation and idea generation. I facilitate consultations on behalf of organisations, working with diverse communities to enable meaningful dialogue, trust and shared understanding. My work supports deep engagement and shared ownership, grounded in organisational values and a commitment to anti-racist and decolonial ways of working.

QUOTES

“Ella devised and ran a deeply engaging series of sessions for our senior managers... It was highly effective, but also really enjoyable, and I particularly appreciated the way that Ella gently ensured we heard from all the voices in the room.”

– Gordon Seabright, CEO, Horniman Museum & Gardens

“Ella facilitated a range of open conversations and activities that met our needs and empowered individuals to fully engage with the topic in a safe environment. Ella is a highly skilled and empathetic facilitator. She gently weaves in a wealth of knowledge... that further serves to increase the confidence of the participants to continue their learning and development beyond the sessions.”
